A Visolute product
DMARCLoop
Monitor, understand and report on email authentication. DMARCLoop turns raw DMARC reporting into visibility your team can act on.
The problem
DMARC reporting is written for machines.
Publish a DMARC record and mailbox providers begin sending you aggregate reports — XML files, from each provider, usually daily. They contain exactly what you need: every source sending mail under your domain, and whether it authenticated.
In practice those files land in a mailbox and stay there. The result is a domain that is technically reporting and practically unmonitored, where an unauthorised sender or a broken configuration can persist for months without anyone noticing.
DMARCLoop exists to close that gap: the same data, in a form a team will actually look at.
What it does
Visibility over the mail sent in your name.
The product itself lives at dmarcloop.com(opens in a new tab). Here is what it covers.
DMARC report collection
Aggregate reports arrive from every mailbox provider that receives mail claiming to be from your domain. DMARCLoop collects and processes them so nothing has to be opened by hand.
Source identification
See which services are sending on behalf of your domain, and which of them pass authentication — including the ones nobody remembers configuring.
Authentication visibility
SPF and DKIM alignment shown per source, so a configuration problem can be traced to the system that caused it rather than debated in the abstract.
Change over time
Track authentication results across weeks and months, so remediation work can be verified rather than assumed.
Reporting for two audiences
Detail for the people making DNS changes, and a plainer summary for the people who need to know whether the situation is improving.
Multiple domains
Manage several domains together — useful for groups of businesses, and for consultants looking after a portfolio of clients.
Who it is for
Built for the people who own the domain and the people who use it.
Organisations with distributed sending
Marketing platforms, CRMs, invoicing tools, help desks and internal applications all send mail. DMARCLoop shows what is actually sending under your domain.
IT and security teams
Where email authentication posture needs to be evidenced — for an internal review, a client requirement or an insurance questionnaire — DMARCLoop provides the underlying reporting.
Marketing teams
Campaign performance depends on mail arriving. Authentication problems are one of the causes that is both common and fixable.
Consultants and agencies
Manage email authentication for multiple client domains and produce reporting each client can read without a translation layer.
What DMARCLoop does not do
Clear about its limits.
DMARCLoop improves visibility and reporting over email authentication. It does not guarantee inbox placement, eliminate email delivery problems, or provide complete protection against email-based threats. Deliverability depends on factors well beyond authentication, and email security requires more than any single tool.
We would rather set that out plainly than have the product judged against something it was never built to do.
Questions
Common questions about DMARCLoop.
What is DMARC?
DMARC is an email authentication standard. It lets a domain owner state how receiving mail servers should treat messages that fail authentication checks, and asks those servers to send back reports about the mail they see claiming to be from that domain.
Why do the reports need a tool?
DMARC aggregate reports are XML files, sent separately by each receiving provider, often daily. Even a small organisation accumulates more of them than anyone will read. A tool is what turns that stream into something reviewable.
Does DMARCLoop guarantee my email reaches the inbox?
No. Deliverability depends on many factors including content, sending reputation, list quality and each provider’s own filtering. DMARCLoop gives you visibility over the authentication side of that picture, which is one contributing factor among several.
Is DMARCLoop a replacement for email security tooling?
No. It supports stronger email authentication practice and reporting. It sits alongside the rest of an organisation’s email and security arrangements rather than replacing them.
